Returns & Exchanges
Brouse offers a No Return, No Exchange Policy.
However, you can return any damaged, tampered, or incorrect articles you received with your transaction. The request for the same should be placed within 24hrs of receiving the package post which the same will not be accepted for return and/or exchange.
Requests for returns or exchanges must have an unpacking video to be accepted. Photos alone won't be allowed. The entire package, including the packaging, must be seen in the video from start to finish. Additionally, since we don't offer pickup services, you must send the item back to us via courier, for which we would only pay up to Rs. 100.
CANCELLATION
Order will not be canceled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE ACCEPT PRODUCTS IF:
- If it has been damaged by you.
- If it is altered as per specs shared by you.
- If it has been worn.
